This is a terrible company, i have made booking at 10am this morning with Paul, and i waited for 1 hour havnt seen he come yet. I rang the company and asked for reason, reception told me that he is running late and he will be here 1pm!! I said why i havnt be informed and waste my time wait here for nothing!! Reception said because Paul is not in the office and they wont know. This is Bull shit!!!!! So not reliable!!!!! Do you think i should come 1pm and wait again????? I dont think anyone should trust this company if they treat their customer like this!!!!!
