I paid top dollar to have my car serviced by these idiots, 4 days later the car brakes down to find out they didn’t top up the Engine oil, did not top up the coolant water which cause the car to go into limbo mode 3 times. I ended up taking it to another mechanic they fixed up within two hours. They make out they did the servicing and repairs to find out nothing was done. Charged me $1000 for serving when I contact them and showed them the receipt of the repairs emailed from the other mechanic which they should have serviced and repaired which was under the service in the warranty they hung up..

This is my experience with Jeep Bundoora. My car has been going into Limbo mode three to four times in one year. Ive had to do 4 roadside callouts then the car was towed back to the dealership. They would not give me a loan car they said they had too many cars broken down!!!! and all loan cars are unavailable. They said go and hire a car with no compensation considering the car is brand-new and still under warranty. They call me back 2 weeks later saying the car is ready to fix the problem, all good! they’ve also done the service in which is covered under warranty!!! As soon as I drive out of this dealership the car went back into limbo mode, Oil level was low when they told me they topped it up with the servicing!! The next day the battery was completely dead so I don’t know why they’re saying servicing was done, all good!! All fixed up!!! and giving me a piece of paper saying there done all these checks, the next day the battery was completely dead had to do another callout and the car went back into limbo mode again called them back they said I had to wait until my car can get checked again they have too many broken down cars... you have to go on a waiting list and never got a courtesy car or loan car. The vehicle they sold me which was displayed on the show floor the sales man told me it was a brand-new vehicle on display!! I’ve had nothing but limbo mode an engine failure problems from day one! They can’t fix it the Engine that’s already stuffed and they don’t want to do a wipe off because they’re gonna lose money From the sale

Left the car there for logbook service and mentioned one rear tire pressure problem as indicated on the monitor twice. They said nothing was wrong and has reset the sensor. Went to another service centre for logbook service and they found a nail on my tire. Not to mention half the price for the same or better service
